Healthy backpacking food! If you look at the ingredients of most backpacking or emergency-supply food it is filled with chemicals, vast amounts of sodium and other unhealthful ingredients. But us backpackers like to eat well. This is real food, all gluten-free with lots of options even vegan if you prefer.
Just add boiling water in most cases and you are, well, good-to-go! Might need a bit more patience than those other backpacking offerings (sitting for 20mins instead of 10mins) but that’s because it is real food that will be recognized and appreciated by your body.
